HIGHLIGHTS: Game one starter Aaron Cook pitched all 7 innings for the PawSox, striking out 4 while allowing 5 hits, 2 walks and an unearned run … Third baseman Will Middlebrooks is the only player on Pawtucket to play in all four games this year. He went 0 for 6 and struck out twice on the day … The PawSox picked up their first two long balls of the season, both solo shots … Alex Hassan went 0 for 1 for the PawSox in game two, putting him at 0 for 9 on the season. However, he did collect his first two walks of the season and also gunned down Iron Pigs speedster Dominic Brown who was trying to tag up and score from third … This is the third straight season that Pawtucket has been 2-2 after their first four games.

HIGHLIGHTS: Trenton’s seven home runs was a new team record for one game … Deck McGuire served up back-to-back-to-back home runs in a six pitch span … Six Trenton batters had multiple hit games and Ronnier Mustelier was the only Thunder batter to not collect a hit on the day … First baseman Koby Clemens got his first start of the season for the Fisher Cats and went 1 for 4 with two strikeouts.

HIGHLIGHTS: Jason Marquis tossed 6 innings for New Britain, allowing 1 run and 7 hits … Rock Cats catcher Danny Lehmann walked four times on the day … New Britain shortstop Pedro Florimon went 2 for 4 and has now hit safely in each of the first four games … Florimon and Darin Mastroianni each picked up their first stolen base of the season.

HIGHLIGHTS: The Sea Dogs are now 6 for 40 with runners in scoring position … Bryce Brentz went 0 for 4 with 3 strikeouts and had two errors for Portland … The only pitcher on Portland’s active roster who has not hit the bump yet is Monday’s starter Billy Buckner … Sea Dogs batters have struck out 30 times and their pitchers have struck out 21.
