Started in 2010, Beyond Fenway aims to shine a spotlight on the affiliated Minor League Baseball teams of New England. There are seven teams that call this region home, with the top talents of five Major League organizations setting up shop in our own backyards.
The average costs to take a family of four to Fenway Park is over $300, far and away one of the most expensive ball parks in the country.
Don’t get us wrong, going to Fenway Park is a great experience but it can be a hassle at times and is obviously expensive to the point of insanity. We want to show that there is future Major League talent that is available at a fraction of the cost, with optimal entertainment value.
Don’t you want to be the person who boasts about seeing that future MLB All-Star when he was with the Connecticut Tigers fresh off of being drafted? Wouldn’t you rather bring your whole family to a game and walk out with some actual money in your pocket? Or maybe you were just waiting to hear that there is a Green Monster replica at Portland’s Hadlock Field called the Maine Monster.
Regardless, we want to make it our mission to spread the word of these great players and teams that have so much to offer for seamheads and fringe fans alike.
We also aim to extend this reach as far we can, because we believe that there is so much more baseball to enjoy Beyond Fenway.
Thanks for taking the time to check us out and feel free to drop us a line at contactus@beyondfenway.com with any suggestions you may have.
